    Becca Simmons, Owner and Head Coordinator

    Becca believes in creating an experience that cultivates the bliss that should be in every event. She moved to Austin with her boyfriend and tiny pup, 3 years ago to soak up as much live music, food and BBQ that she could. While she worked with finances during the week, weddings had her heart on the weekends. Now she works with brides and grooms everyday to make sure that everyone gets their day of joy.

    Planning and Coordinating Services

    Our coordinating and planning services include full or partial event and wedding planning, wedding coordination and elopement planning packages. Our coordinators are experienced and professional. Their knowledge will help your day go off without a hitch.

    Bar Packages

    We offer bar packages ranging from simple service to full bar packages with signature cocktails. All of our bartenders are professional TABC bartenders with years of experience to ensure a wonderful night.

  • The Process

    Initial Meeting

    Before anything else your coordinator would love to take some time to chat about your expectations and my experience. It is important to that we are on the same page from day one. Let's get to know each other over coffee, beer, or a glass of wine, on us!

    1 Month Out

    As coordinators, we really help people create organization from the chaos that has been planning a wedding. About a month before your event, we sit down for a consultation to develop timeline and go over your vision of how the day should go. This is also when we create liquor orders and develop signature cocktails for your event. Your coordinator will retrieve contact information of vendors, important people and solidify the feel for your event. We are there to answer emails, text messages, and phone calls to help finalize details. Not only do we want to make your day go smoothly, but we am here to be the voice of your dream day.

    Week of Coordination

    We take this time to confirm vendor expectations, last-minute details, and timelines. If possible, we walk through the venue, and speak with each important person that is involved with your wedding to go over your vision. By confirming all vendors and details beforehand we can start your day with the confidence that everything will go according to your plan.

    Day of Coordination

    We arrive at the venue 4-5 hours beforehand to begin decorations and coordinate arriving caterers, bartenders, photographers and bakers to ensure all vendors, transportation, etc. knows when and where to go. We prepare your day so that everyone and everything are adhering to the carefully crafted timeline. Your coordinator meet with you the day before to pick up decorations and important items for your event. But most of all, we will be the wonder woman of all the tiny details that you do not want to be bothered with while you sit back and relax.

    Calm and collected!

    I had Becca as my coordinator and cannot recommend her enough. When looking for planning/coordination services, I found that a lot of people are very organized but came off as a little too inflexible or Type A for the type of event and people that my wedding involved. As the site manager at my venue said, Becca is cool, calm, and collected. She is great at adding structure to your plans but can go with the flow and improvise when needed.
